Sorry for the lag in posting for a while - as you all know I have been going through some rough personal issues. But I am taking deep breaths and taking one day/minute at a time right now, and I am tentatively ready to stick my toes back when it comes to blogging.
I also haven't been doing much running-wise, but hopefully progress there will be included in the baby steps I am taking in general. I did have an excellent 8.2 mile run on Saturday, which felt really good. This week has been quite busy so far, and looks to continue that way, and I've also been sick or not 100% healthy for the last... week and a half, so that hasn't helped either.
In the spirit of baby steps, I am just going to try planning running and working out one week at a time, or even one day at a time if I have to. Tonight, I need to do some laundry and some errands, and also Lost is on. However, I'd like to fit in a round with the yoga DVD and perhaps a short (2-3 mile run) while the laundry is going.
Tomorrow, I am going to attempt to wake up early enough to go for a swim before work. I am going to trivia after so I probably won't have time for too much then!
Also, just wanted to say thank you all for your support, advice, encouragement, and thoughts!
