Un-running related random things

I am bored on the Internet, so I thought I'd put together a list of a few of the most beautiful people on earth (in my opinion, anyways) to make this blog a little prettier. :)

Adriana Lima, of course.

I knew there was a reason I watched the whole movie... yum, vampires (Robert Pattinson from Twilight and Harry Potter)

Alessandra, picture uno

Model Alessandra Ambrosio, picture dos

I think we all know this one, especially that one scene in Transformers that somehow always got paused whenever there were boys watching it... Megan Fox

Blond in Mean Girls, redhead in the Notebook, but I think she is prettiest as a brunette... Rachel McAdams (also in Wedding Crashers)

How could you not cheer for Liverpool? ;) Fernando Torres, of Liverpool and Spain fame (Euro Cup 2008 and best in the English League so far!)

Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas... there are benefits to being a sports fan (besides the fact that sports are awesome in general)!

No shirt, no shoes, no problems... seriously. That is a beautiful sight. Kenny Chesney, obviously.

I'll probably make a second edition of this beautiful people list once I figure out who I'm missing. :) (famous people, of course, all my friends are beautiful :P)

Belated New Year's Resolutions

I know, I know... it's now almost halfway through January and I'm just now getting off my butt for 2009. I guess I spent the first two weeks resting up so that I can start kicking butt now? That's my excuse, anyways.

1. Update this blog at least once a week, more motivation for

2. Running more consistently and continuing to build up miles

3. Going to class and studying so I can survive this quarter from hell (only one more to go after this!)

4. Be a better person (so much for keeping resolutions specific, eh?)

I've basically taken a week and a half off of running as I am trying to figure out how to balance school, running, homework, and social life (made more difficult by the fact that I have class all day and it starts getting dark so early still!). However, it's supposed to be warm (for winter) and fairly sunny according to the 10 day forecast, so hopefully that will provide some motivation to get out there at some point.

Here is the plan for this week, easing back into things:

Monday - 2.5 miles
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 4 miles
Friday - 5 miles
Saturday - Off
Sunday - 8 miles
Total - 19.5 miles

Hopefully once I get back into the swing of things and get a routine going it will be easier to build the miles back up - but I am definitely going to have to learn to survive on less sleep!
